You pick your own meals each week, or we can pick them for you. Completely up to you. Meal orders are placed every Wednesday at 6 p.m. CT, so meal selections need to be saved before that time. You'll get an email reminder to pick your meals. If you do not have meals saved or if you have not selected to skip meals that week, we will automatically send you the most popular meals.
