Our chefs add new recipes to the app frequently, so you always have something new to make from scratch in the Tovala Steam + Air Fry Smart Oven. These days, we’re appreciating the recipes for hands-off lunches, kid-approved meals, and all the fun snacks/bakes.

Our chefs do all the work of prepping your meals, and then the Tovala Smart Oven picks up where they leave off. The Tovala Smart Oven cooks your meals exactly as our chefs intended by pulling time, temperature, and cooking modes from the cloud. All you have to do is scan a barcode and enjoy the magic of time back. (You’ll need to connect your oven to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network with a smart phone that has our mobile app to make this magic happen.)
Most of our meals cook in two trays (the main and the side), but some just cook in one tray. You can cook two to four servings at once, as long as they’re the exact same meal. Two Miso-Glazed Salmon meals can cook together, but a Miso-Glazed Salmon and a Spaghetti & Meatballs can’t.
You must have WiFi and a smart phone with the Tovala mobile app to set up your oven. The Tovala Smart Oven is only compatible with a 2.4 GHz WiFi network (you probably have it—it’s part of most WiFi provider’s standard WiFi packages). Once it's set up, you can use the controls on the front of the oven for basic functionality without WiFi. If you want to scan, cook Tovala Meals, and communicate with the Tovala App, WiFi is required. But don't worry, we keep things easy. Connecting your oven to WiFi only takes a few minutes.
The Tovala Smart Oven comes with a 1-year warranty, which covers defective workmanship and materials under normal home use for 1 year from the date of the original purchase.
